Returns and Refunds

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The Provider will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

If in the case where a faulty product is delivered, the client will be required to send us a short video of the faulty product, this will then be sent to the supplier, the supplier will check the validity of the claim, and if satisfied, they will issue a new product to the delivered to the client, and the faulty one collected.

This whole process can take between 10 to 15 days, depending on the supplier. If in case where the faulty item can not be replaced, a full cash back refund will be processed to the client.

It is highly recommended that the client open and check goods when delivered, before signing for the items where possible.
