If in the case where a faulty or damaged product is delivered, the client will be required to send us a short video of the faulty product, this will then be sent to the supplier, the supplier will check the validity of the claim, and if satisfied, they will issue a new product to the delivered to the client, and the faulty one collected.
This whole process can take between 10 to 15 days, depending on the supplier. If in case where the faulty item can not be replaced, a few alternatives will be provided, if not happy, then a credit will be given to the client for the amount paid that can be used on future purchases. No cash back refunds.
If the item you ordered is not really want you wanted, we can return the item if not damaged and process a refund minus shipping costs, this is calculated on a per order bases.
It is highly recommended that the client open and check goods when delivered, before signing for the items where possible.
