Trigger Point Roller

Our Trigger Point Roller is the next level up from the original foam roller. It combines the benefits of a regular foam roller with its ability to reach a larger surface area at once while at the same time utilizing the 3D technology to relieve and target those hard to reach spots.

The benefits attributed with rolling when done before training/performing directly correlate to increased power output, mobility and range of motion.

When used after exercise foam rolling helps to lessen the severity of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) and is also very useful in relieving tight or sore muscles from postural imbalances.
